MYSHUBOX.COM is a online retail store for women who want access to leading brands, but don’t want to ruin their foot health.
MSHUBOX will support women to strengthen & nurture their feet without diminishing style.
We will offer women ‘smart luxury’ pieces and advice that enhance quality of life without taking away from style or trends.
In order to facilitate smart foot care we have teamed up with registered foot care experts from a Harley Street Foot Care Clinic, to educate our shoe loving community on conscious foot care & preventative measures via editorial content on the site & the treatment services that are redeemable at the clinic in Harley Street.
In addition to the footwear & treatment services MYSHUBOX.COM will also retail a range of foot care products to address problems such as dry skin, fluid retention and we will also sell foot care aids to assist with stretching cramped tired feet. It is not necessary to register for an account to shop at MYSHUBOX.COM, however we would recommend registering for an account so that you don’t miss out on any promotions or special offers, that may only be made available to our registered users.
Use the STYLE, OCCASION, PARTY BOX, TRAVEL BOX, BRIDAL BOX, ACCESSORIES and INDULGE links to help you navigate through the products on the site. You can also shop by browsing our NEW IN section or alphabetically by DESIGNERS.
Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and click on the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button.
Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the VIEW SHOPPING BAG link at the top right hand side of the page. You can remove items from your SHUBOX by clicking on the X at the side of each item in the SHOPPING BAG.
Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to complete your order.
We are able to cancel an item, change the size of the item or edit your billing and shipping address prior to preparing your order for dispatch. Please note that, your first order with MYSHUBOX.COM must be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or a corporate work address. Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order or combine orders once placed.

MYSHUBOX.COM will hold seasonal sales twice a year, please sign up for email updates or register for an account, so we are able to notify you of any upcoming promotions.
MYSHUBOX.COM accepts VISA, MASTERCARD & AMERICAN EXPRESSS. Payment is only taken when your order is dispatched.
At present we do not accept PAYPAL.
We are able to accept British pounds (GBP) or Euro’s for your purchase.
To switch currency, navigate to the top right hand side of the screen and select your preferred currency.
At MYSHUBOX.COM, we take data protection seriously. All payments taken from MYSHUBOX.COM are processed via Sage Pay.
Shopping with MSB is safe and secure. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by SagePay. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm that we have received your order.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If you have registered an account, you can check the progress of your order by signing into your account and selecting MY ACCOUNT followed by ORDER STATUS.

We require that orders must be signed for upon delivery, to ensure the safe arrival of our order. We are unable to authorize for orders to be delivered without a signature.
Your orders are insured for theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from MYSHUBOX to your shipping address.
Once delivered and signed for, your purchase is no longer covered by our insurance.

We will run free shipping promotions from time to time; sign up for email updates or register for an account, so we can notify you of any special offers or events we may have.
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. To ensure that the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery costs are displayed, please click on the link at the top of our website and select your country from the list of shipping destinations. The total on the order summary page will then show you a breakdown of the costs.
Most countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.
Should your order be shipped to a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination, the product prices displayed will be exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as UK VAT. So once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 28 days to decide whether or not to keep your items. Please note return authorisation numbers must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return or exchange unsuitable items. Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging with proof of purchase and all associated material.
For returns in the UK, we can collect from the address of your choice at no extra charge to you.
For EU returns, we would prefer that you use our insured returns service. However, if you wish to send your purchase back to us with your own courier; we recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also advise that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. TREATMENT & RETREAT FAQ'S
As part of MYSHUBOX.COM’s commitment to foot health, a range of fantastic foot care treatments will be made available to purchase on the site.
All treatments sales are by Virtual Treatment Vouchers. The Virtual Treatment Voucher will be made immediately available for download once your purchase has been completed and receipt will be emailed to the recipient and can be redeemed at our partners Harley Street foot clinic.
If you need help with booking an appointment, placing an order for treatment/retreat packages or if you have any specific foot care related queries, please contact the MYSHUBOX concierge team on email@example.com who are on hand to assist you.

From time to time, we will sell Retreat Packages from our partners to encourage body sustainability and increased foot fitness.
All Retreat Packages will be sold via voucher downloads and will be made immediately available at the time of placing an order.
