Your first order with MYSHUBOX.COM must be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or a corporate work address. To ensure minimum delays to your order, please check that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder’s name is written as it appears on the card. If the issuer of your card refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment then we will not be able to accept your order. Please also verify that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.


We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESSS & MAESTRO cards. Payment is only taken when your order is dispatched.

At present we do not accept PAYPAL.


All payments taken from MYSHUBOX.COM are processed via Sage Pay.

After you place your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received.

When you pay for your order by card, we carry out certain checks which include obtaining authorisation from your card issuer to ensure you have adequate funds and for security reasons. This may involve validating your name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases including the card issuer, registered credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies.

If the issuer of your card refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment then we will not be able to accept your order.

Shoe sizes can vary between brands, so to help you evaluate which shoe size will fit you best you will find a link to the size & fit guide on each page.

Size & fit advice can be found in the product description of each style. We will try our best to tell you if the item fits true to size or if you need to go up a size in your chosen style.

As part of MYSHUBOX.COM’s commitment to foot health, we will retail a range of fantastic foot care treatments on the site.

All treatments sales are by Virtual Treatment Vouchers. The Virtual Treatment Voucher and receipt will be emailed to the recipient and can be redeemed at the clinic of one of our foot care partners; The London Foot Clinic on the prestigious Harley Street or DG Podiatrist within the sophisticated Central London district of Mayfair.

Retreat Packages from our partners will be sold on the site to encourage body sustainability and increased foot fitness. All Retreat Packages will be sold via voucher downloads and will be sent to the email address specified at the time of placing an order.

MYSHUBOX aims to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours, where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note that all orders are subject to independent checks and our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. Please note that delivery can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

Please note that orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Orders placed prior to a Bank Holiday weekend will be delivered two days after the Bank Holiday.

**Orders must be received and payment cleared prior to 12pm. Orders will be dispatched by courier. This service is not available on Saturday or Sunday.

Duties, taxes, custom clearance charges and surcharges may be applicable on certain destinations. Taxes 
and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands. VAT will be applied to all other EU destinations. Please note: tax and duties may not be refundable when wishing to return items.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. To ensure that the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery costs are displayed, please click on the link at the top of our website and select your country from the list of shipping destinations. The total on the order summary page will then show you a breakdown of the costs.

Most countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.

Should your order be shipped to a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination, the product prices displayed will be exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as UK VAT. So once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.

Delivery to BFPO, PO Box, freight forwarding and APO addresses are not permitted.

Please note that any products containing potentially volatile or flammable chemicals such as nail varnish is classified as HAZMAT. We ship the item sealed so that there are no fumes released. These chemicals are considered more of a hazard once opened; therefore all HAZMAT items are sold as FINAL SALE.

MYSHUBOX is unable to redirect orders once your purchase has been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

If you or the intended recipient is not in when our courier attempts to deliver, they will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to pick up the item or rearrange delivery. Please note if you rearrange to deliver to another address, this may incur an additional charge that is out of our control.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 28 days to decide whether or not to keep your items. Please note Returns Merchandise Authorisation  numbers must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return or exchange unsuitable items. Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging with proof of purchase and all associated material.

For returns in the UK, we can collect from the address of your choice, please note that at this time we are unable to cover the cost of UK, EU & ROW returns or exchanges, however a chargeable returns service is offered.

For EU returns, we would prefer that you use our insured returns service. However, if you wish to send your purchase back to us with your own courier; we recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also advise that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Please note if you wish to exchange for a different size shipping costs will apply for the exchange. If you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties in addition to shipping charges.

Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new piece separately.
